Prices depend on quantity, stock, exchange rates and delivery terms, so we prepare a tailored quote for every request. Add products to your Quote List and send it on WhatsApp — we reply quickly with current prices.
How can I get a price quote?
Use the “Add to Quote List” button on product pages, set quantities and send your list from the Quote List page via WhatsApp or email in one click. You can also call us on +90 532 592 24 17.
Do you sell wholesale and in bulk?
Yes. We prepare special quantity-based quotes for hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, bars and caterers.
Can I visit your store?
Of course. Our showroom is at Mahmutbey, 2423. Sokak No: 77/79, Bağcılar / Istanbul. We are open Monday–Friday 08:00–19:00 and Saturday 08:00–18:00; closed on Sundays.
How does delivery work?
Delivery method and lead time depend on stock, quantity and delivery address. We share these details together with your quote.
What payment options do you offer?
We share the current payment options during the quotation stage. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone for details.
Can you source a product that is not on the website?
Send us the product name, brand or a photo on WhatsApp and we will check sourcing options for you.
Are glass and porcelain items sold by the case?
Many glass and porcelain products are sold by case or pack quantity. We state the pack quantity in your quote.
Are Paşabahçe glasses dishwasher safe?
Most of Paşabahçe's professional glassware is dishwasher safe. Ask us for product-specific care information.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we welcome requests from customers abroad. You can send your list on WhatsApp in English or Arabic.
